Digital Transformation Senior Manager Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company’s Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) division is currently seeking a Digital Transformation Senior Manager to join the team in Everett, WA . This person will be responsible for leadership of the team to integrate across Functions and Business Partners to create a common BCA Process and Tools strategic direction that drive integrated capability, architecture and technology roadmaps in order to stabilize the BCA production system, enhance capabilities to improve Safety & Quality, enable BCA milestones for rate and productivity and modernize and transform the business. This position will work directly with the business, functional and Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) leadership teams at all levels, including Vice Presidents (VPs) and executive teams for BCA, providing improved quality, delivery and access of information to the business, functions and IDT&S. Position Responsibilities: Define strategy and technical decisions across BCA and IDT&S Use baseline, future state and intermediate architecture to roadmaps to identify solutions, sequence development and discover integrations, dependencies and risks Prioritize business requests, functional roadmaps, IDT&S funding and technical risks through configuration and change management Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience developing/implementing strategic plans, delivering on commitments and results 5+ years of experience in program leadership deploying large-scale enterprise software systems 5+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders 5+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives 5+ years of experience delivering complex, multi-vendor programs on schedule and within budget Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher Experience with aerospace, manufacturing or similar industries Experience developing strategy and translate into action to deliver results Experience fostering a culture of performance Experience focusing on cost reduction, change management, asset management, and transformation Experience with cross functional partnerships and relationships Experience with program management Experience in stakeholder management, risk management, financial governance, and team leadership Experience with collaborating internally across multiple organizations to achieve results Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
