Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology integration, enterprise IT, or digital transformation.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale M&A technology integrations across multiple geographies.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Data Lakes, Cloud, Cybersecurity).
  • Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate across senior leadership levels.
  • Proven experience in building integration playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree & MBA or advanced degree required.
  • Strategic, enterprise-wide thinker with ability to design scalable frameworks.
  • Skilled connector and communicator who builds trust across senior leadership teams.
  • Results-driven leader focused on execution, speed, and precision.
  • Agile and adaptable in navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, own, and continuously refine the M&A Technology Integration Playbook, codifying best practices, governance, and processes for GDATS Due Diligence.
  • Lead the MA&D Due diligence activity, ensuring alignment with enterprise digital, data, and cybersecurity objectives.
  • Drive due diligence on technology, digital assets, and infrastructure with supported vendors where applicable to identify risks, opportunities, and synergy potential.
  • Manage vendor contracts for IT MA&D activity to optimize scalability and cost efficiency.
  • Establish Due Diligence KPIs, monitor progress, and report outcomes to GDATS leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of technology MA&D subject matter experts.
