About The Position

We are looking for an energetic professional to join our Enterprise Information Technology team as a Product Line Lead responsible for the development and execution of strategic initiatives and imperatives related to Social Impact and Sustainability .This role will be responsible for implementing digital vision, strategy, roadmaps and products for Social Impact and Sustainability. This role will utilize the Scrum/Agile framework to continue our transformation to adopt those principles. The Social Impact and Sustainability Product Line Lead is empowered and responsible for: o Shaping and owning the digital product roadmap and vision o Maintaining a customer-centric approach by understanding business processes, identifying pain points, gathering feedback, and incorporating user insights into product development o Owning the creation, definition, and prioritization of the digital product backlog for specific digital solutions o by balancing customer needs, opportunities, and technical debt of the squad o Building, managing, mentoring, and coaching a squad consisting of indirect reports and external partners o Engaging with enterprise stakeholders, securing their input, and incorporating it into the work of the team o Empowering the team to determine how to deliver development work most effectively and efficiently o Grooming best-in-class product features with detailed analysis of impact vs. value o Staying current with Business Development strategic planning trends, best practices, and innovation opportunities o Working within a cross-functional squad to clarify requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholders o Managing the budget for assigned Squad(s) The ideal candidate will have a cross-functional background and possess the skills and leadership to lead the development of the most important key initiatives across any or all segments based on the priorities for the product.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 5+ years in Technical Product Management supporting IT applications or technology solutions.
  • Strong experience building and supporting large-scale IT solutions using modern technologies.
  • Demonstrated success working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and with agile teams.
  • Hands-on experience with product tools such as Jira, Confluence, analytics platforms, and collaboration tools; comfortable producing roadmap artifacts and prioritization documentation.
  • Exceptional prioritization, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen; strategic, analytical, and innovative; proactive and self-directed.
  • Effective at navigating whitespace/greenfield opportunities.
  • Critical thinker who can effectively embrace new ideas and technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with communications stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and collaborative; able to foster an inclusive team culture across a global organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Sustainability or a related field
