Additionally they will: Hire, train, supervise, performance manage and evaluate direct care staff. Mediate staff issues and employee conflicts. Host team meetings for staff and provide training and weekly supervision. Organize and structure milieu shift. Maintain safety of clients in a residence; work closely with Milieu Director to support Program goals. Provide milieu therapy, instruct youth on daily living skills and serve as a youth advocate

Requirements

• Equivalent to two years of college and/or two years child care experience in a residential setting with similar population of children
• 1+ year supervisory experience and prior experience with emotionally, behaviorally challenged children preferably in a residential treatment program desired
• Must possess a valid Mass Driver’s License
