What You’ll Be Doing: Working in the field with your team to generate leads in local neighborhoods. Using your "conversational agility" to adapt to different homeowners and build rapport. Setting expectations for our "Signature Service" in-home consultations. Maintaining a clean company vehicle and ensuring you have all necessary equipment daily.
