Requirements

Has 3+ years in canvassing, sales, or direct marketing
Loves setting goals — and beating them
Can motivate without micromanaging
Gives clear feedback and expects excellence
Stays positive under pressure
Leads with integrity and consistency
Isn’t afraid to get uncomfortable to grow
You’re organized, resilient, personable, and you bring good energy into the room.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of Direct Marketers to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Be hands-on in the field — training, mentoring, and setting the example
Build a culture of energy, accountability, and positivity
Track performance, give real feedback, and help people level up
Ensure routes, transportation, safety, and equipment are dialed in
Reinforce best practices, scripting, and appointment quality
Partner closely with leadership to grow both people and results
