As a DSP, you'll provide encouragement, guidance, and hands-on support to empower people to learn, grow, and explore their independence. From assisting with daily routines like getting ready for the day, grocery shopping, or attending appointments, to offering mentorship and motivation - you'll be there to cheer them on every step of the way!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Valid NYS driver's license

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities and personal care
• Encourage independence, confidence, and community involvement
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and compassionate care
• Help individuals reach personal goals and build life skills
