About The Position

Arc of Onondaga is actively seeking dedicated, compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our Residential Team in relief positions serving the Liverpool, Cicero, and Baldwinsville areas.
As a Residential DSP (Relief), you'll provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities on an as-needed basis. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking flexible scheduling while still building meaningful relationships and making a lasting impact.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid NYS Driver's License (preferred)
• Passion for supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• A positive, patient, and encouraging approach
• Commitment to fostering independence and meaningful community involvement

• Provide hands-on support and daily living assistance
• Offer instruction, mentorship, and encouragement
