About The Position
Our Day Program DSPs support adults with developmental disabilities as they build skills, independence, and community connections in a supportive, structured environment. This is an active, hands-on role that requires flexibility, patience, and compassion—every day is different, and every day matters.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Must be 21+ years old
- 3+ years of driving experience
- Clean, valid NYS driver’s license
- Ability to pass required background checks
Nice To Haves
- DSPs with a Bachelor’s degree are eligible for a salary enhancement.
Responsibilities
- Support people in daily activities and community outings
- Assist individuals in working toward personal goals
- Drive program vehicles as needed
- Complete the required documentation
- Work as part of a collaborative, mission-driven team
