Overview: We are seeking a strategic Director, Audience Insights to join our US Insulins & Established Products Digital Marketing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the voice of our customers—both Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and patients—is at the center of our digital marketing strategy and execution. You will lead efforts to capture, synthesize, and activate market research and behavioral data to inform compelling messaging, optimize digital marketing tactics, and enhance the overall customer experience. As a critical bridge between the Digital Marketing team, Commercial & Brand Leads, Patient Support Services, and Patient Advocacy teams, you will ensure alignment and cohesion across customer-facing initiatives.
