Role Summary: The Director, Client Implementation is responsible for leading the successful onboarding, installation, and conversion of new, existing, and takeover retirement plans. This role ensures accurate plan setup, seamless data and payroll integration, regulatory compliance, and superior client experience throughout the transition process. The Implementation Manager serves as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external partners, and plan sponsors, ensuring all milestones are met with precision and professionalism.
