About The Position

Critical Systems The Critical Systems Director is responsible for coordinating strategic asset management practices within the Global Corporate Services, Integrated Facility Management function with the goal of minimizing asset life cycle cost while maintaining required department levels of service. The position will work closely with IT leaders to prioritize IT, GIS, and other technical resources in alignment with strategic asset and smart building management objectives. Accomplishing these objectives allows for facility management decisions based on accurate data analytics for maintenance work improvement and capital improvement program planning to optimize asset life cycle cost

Nice To Haves

  • Flexible for 20% domestic travel within US

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strategic approach to portfolio wide asset management program.
  • Develop and review scopes of work within contracts, RFQs and RFPs for asset management professionals as needed to support the asset management program.
  • Develop and implement mature proven asset management processes across the organization.
  • Analyzes business processes and user needs, documents requirements, processes, and translates them into system requirement specifications.
  • Lead risk, criticality, and condition assessment programs.
  • Establish and manage Asset Management Plans (AMPs) - Collaborate with teams that support asset management, including but not limited to various operations and maintenance departments and programs.
  • Establish and lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Manage data collection, analysis, and contracts to support repair and replacement planning.
