DNSFilter is scaling fast, and we’re looking for a hands-on, outcome-driven Director of Demand Generation to own a marketing-sourced pipeline and help fuel our next stage of growth. This role reports directly to the CMO and carries direct accountability for pipeline creation from Marketing. You’ll work across GTM (Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Partners, Account Management) to ensure every campaign, channel, and dollar spent drives measurable impact. We are ideally seeking someone who has direct experience in Cybersecurity, but are open to marketers who have experience in SaaS! This is not a strategy-only role. Our Demand Generation function exists solely to generate pipeline that Sales can ultimately action and WIN. We’re building a lean, high-performance marketing engine. You must be someone who rolls up your sleeves, gets into the tools, ships campaigns, analyzes results daily, and continuously optimizes. You’ll have direct reports, but you are expected to lead from the front. If you’re energized by building, testing, learning, and scaling in a high-growth environment, this role is for you. Qualified candidates are able to use Asana (work scheduling system) and update a PMO, and are able to flex when needed. Eligible candidates have and can work successfully in a small to mid-sized fast-paced, hyper-growth, SaaS start-up or scale-up, and can work full-time ET hours.
