We're looking for a Social Media Content Director whose creative instincts were built on social media — someone who has lived the content creator life (or worked shoulder-to-shoulder with creators) and now wants to bring that fluency to a high-volume production environment. You'll direct and shoot UGC-style content and socially-native B-roll across dozens of DTC brands — haircare, beauty, wellness, food & bev, apps, and more. You know what makes someone stop scrolling because you've made that content yourself. You understand iPhone-first shooting, platform-native framing (9:16 lives in your bones), and how to make a product moment feel authentic, aspirational, and effortless all at once. This isn't a traditional DP gig. We need someone who can coach talent the way a creator coaches a collab partner — casually, energetically, and with a deep understanding of what reads as real on TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc. You'll capture clean, versatile footage optimized for creative testing and iteration, while keeping shoots moving fast.
