About The Position

We're seeking a Director of Enterprise Architecture: Data and Analytics to drive our organization's data vision and technical strategy. This role will be instrumental in leading and establishing a consistent, efficient, and comprehensive foundation for data and analytics capabilities within our Retirement and Income Solutions division.
Here are some examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:
Work with business and IT leaders: help formulate enterprise data architecture strategies to align with company’s business strategies and priorities.
Lead Strategy to Execution: of enterprise-wide data architecture strategies aligned with business objectives
Engage in Enterprise Architecture Practice: Partner with enterprise architect peers to build and lead the execution of enterprise architecture strategy with focus on the Data Domain.
Deliver Enterprise Data Architecture: Create strategic architecture data standards, guidelines, principles, and frameworks that inform and enable execution on strategic outcomes.
Lead Architecture Data Governance: Ensure business capabilities and related data and technology platforms are positioned to support today’s business demands and the strategic objectives of tomorrow.
Modernize with Engineering Teams: enable/facilitate migration of existing portfolio of applications to AWS public cloud or SaaS based solutions.
Identify, Research, and Recommend: stay abreast of emerging and innovative technologies, techniques and tools that enable IT and the business to achieve strategic goals.
Assess Architectural Risk: effectively communicate implications and mitigation strategies to IT staff and management

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience in a multi-business unit global organization or equivalent work experience
• You have proven experience as a Data Architect, for both operational and data analytics capabilities and platforms
• You are passionate about tracking and strategically applying emerging technologies to business solutions in alignment with strategic data needs
• You understand working with/across all enterprise architecture domains (Business, Data, Application, Infrastructure, and Security)
• You have exposure to different data repositories architectures and strategies such as Operational Data Stores, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and Data Mesh

Nice To Haves

• AWS Solution Architect Associate certification
• TOGAF or similar Enterprise Architecture certification
• Experience with Snowflake and AWS services (S3, RDS, Lambda, Redshift, etc.)
• Prior financial services industry experience

Benefits
