About The Position

Airbus is an international pioneer in the aerospace industry. We are a leader in designing, manufacturing and delivering aerospace products, services and solutions to customers on a global scale. We aim for a better-connected, safer and more prosperous world. Airbus Americas seeks a Director of Ethics & Compliance (E&C) to serve as the on-site E&C leader at its Mobile Manufacturing Site (MMS) located in the Gulf Coast Region of Alabama. This high-profile role requires a hands-on approach to integrate E&C into daily manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest standards of integrity. The Director will lead the E&C function at the MMS, driving awareness of Airbus’ values and adherence to the expectations and controls that provide the foundation of our success. The position is particularly important given the significant expansion underway at the facility. Joining a small team making a big impact, the position directly reports to Airbus’ North American Head of E&C based in Metro-DC. The candidate will be challenged from Day 1 to demonstrate leadership, build positive relationships and contribute to achieving program goals by learning, adapting and driving Airbus’ Culture of Compliance through processes, tools and training at the site and across North America. The E&C Director will join peers as part of the MMS Senior Leadership Team (SLT), providing counsel and assistance to the Head of Site, as well as leaders from Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, IM and Security - all with a goal of mitigating risk, ensuring effective controls, and helping the team grow and prosper.
