The Director, Facilities, provides strategic, operational, and people leadership for all facilities maintenance activities across the organization. This role leads a team of Facility Maintenance Partners and a Lane Coordinator, provides direct supervision to the Manager, Field Support, and oversees the internal field‑execution team responsible for maintenance coordination, scheduling, and support. The Director also oversees the organization’s third‑party FM vendor responsible for ticket intake, triage, dispatch, SLA compliance, and work‑order performance, ensuring consistent, high‑quality service delivery. This leader is accountable for the safety, compliance, and overall condition of all facilities, driving excellence across preventive and reactive maintenance programs while establishing strong operational standards and expectations. The Director serves as the central point of accountability for FM strategy, vendor performance, work‑order execution, facilities operations governance, and alignment with operational leadership across the enterprise. In addition, this role manages maintenance capital expenditure (CapEx) projects under $250,000, ensuring clear scoping, cost control, compliance, and timely completion.
