About The Position

This strategic leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and scale a global partner ecosystem at a high-growth, enterprise-focused technology company. You will lead a team of Partner Program Managers and own the development, execution, and optimization of global channel programs that drive revenue growth and operational excellence. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and exceed KPIs, while leveraging data, automation, and AI to streamline partner engagement. This is a hands-on, high-impact position with the ability to influence global strategy, drive measurable results, and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in leading teams and programs in high-growth SaaS environments, preferably within cloud security or enterprise software.
  • Proven ability to align cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Operations) to achieve unified business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, monitor KPIs, and inform strategy.
  • Deep understanding of ecosystem partners, including Systems Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, VARs, and MSPs.
  • Adaptive leadership style with experience navigating fast-paced, rapidly evolving markets.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex operational initiatives into clear narratives for executives and global partners.
  • Track record of successfully executing strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive global partner program spanning AMER, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions.
  • Serve as the central liaison between the partner organization and internal teams to ensure alignment on strategy and exceed Partner Program KPIs.
  • Streamline and automate partner processes, incorporating AI-enabled solutions to accelerate onboarding and improve partner productivity.
  • Build and maintain global dashboards providing a single source of truth for partner program performance and engagement.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key partner executives and internal stakeholders to ensure long-term satisfaction and strategic alignment.
  • Partner with Enablement and Education teams to deliver competency-based modules that drive immediate partner impact.
