About The Position

The Director, HR Advisor Americas provides strategic leadership, direction, and
oversight for the HR Advisor function, ensuring consistent delivery of expert HR
guidance, manager enablement, and scalable people leadership capability. This
role is accountable for driving manager self‑sufficiency, HR process
simplification, and adoption of AI‑enabled and digital HR solutions, while
maintaining strong compliance and governance across HR practices.

You will report directly to our Sr Director HR Advisory and you’ll work out of
our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will translate enterprise HR strategy into scalable advisor
practices and manager experiences. You will impact the development and
implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs that foster a positive
work environment, drive employee engagement, and support the growth and success
of the organization.
