Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing or commercial analytics within diagnostics.
- Extensive knowledge of diagnostics markets, customers, and competitors.
- 3+ years managing direct reports.
- BA/BS in medical sciences, business, marketing, or related field.
- Ability to lead in a matrix environment and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, visualization, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Manage a talented team of market and competitive intelligence analysts.
- Drive NA strategic planning with insights on market size, growth, segments, and competitors.
- Identify growth opportunities across segments and product lines.
- Manage third‑party data sources and analytics providers.
- Lead competitive intelligence and deliver actionable insights to marketing and sales.
- Partner with NAM Marketing to support execution and forecasting.
