Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
At least ten (10) years relevant work experience required
Demonstrated leadership skills inspiring cross-functional teams, driving strategic alignment, and leading initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, train, mentor, and manage employee performance

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree preferred
INCOSE SEP; TOGAF; ITIL; relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead and champion the business value of Architecture and Systems Engineering by establishing governance frameworks, standards, and adoption strategies that directly support enterprise outcomes.
Partner with business leaders to shape capability models and multi-year technology roadmaps, helping drive informed decision-making across the organization.
Guide the design of current and future-state architectures (business, data, application, technology, and security), clearly articulating options, trade-offs, and strategic direction.
Expand the adoption of systems thinking and modern systems engineering practices (including MBSE) through coaching, tools, and enablement programs that elevate engineering maturity.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to advance modern delivery practices—such as agile, platform engineering, and legacy modernization improving reliability and alignment with business needs.
Ensure solutions are built for resilience by embedding cybersecurity, compliance, and reliability requirements into architecture, aligning with industry and regulatory standards.
Build and lead a high-performing organization by setting vision and goals, developing talent, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
