About The Position
Director of Capture, North America (U.S. Air Force Vertical) We are seeking a high-caliber Director of Sales to define our presence within the U.S. Air Force. This is a pivotal role for a hunter who is passionate about delivering ultra-compact, battle-proven tactical SATCOM solutions to the modern warfighter. You will navigate the unique landscape of Air Force defense programs to capture opportunities that define mission success. You are more than just a salesperson. You are a strategic partner to DoD stakeholders, translating our ability to provide secure, resilient voice and data links—even where infrastructure is nonexistent—into solutions that solve operational challenges. We are looking for someone with the grit to build a robust pipeline and the vision to see those opportunities through to completion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct experience with Air Force procurement
- a Bachelor's degree
- U.S. Citizenship
Nice To Haves
- Previous military or operational experience is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead all sales and business development efforts within the U.S. Air Force market segment.
- Drive Strategy : Execute a segment-specific strategy that puts our cutting-edge communications technology in the hands of those who need it most, ensuring connectivity for maneuvering forces and unmanned platforms.
- Build Influence : Engage directly with program offices, prime contractors, and operational leadership to drive program adoption.
