The Director of Campus Ministry provides visionary pastoral leadership and administrative oversight for all aspects of Catholic campus ministry at the University of Central Florida. This role is responsible for setting strategic direction, managing staff and resources, and fostering a vibrant faith community rooted in Catholic teaching and the vision of the Bishop of the Diocese of Orlando. The Director oversees program development, liturgical celebrations, student formation, and service initiatives, while collaborating with the Chaplain, campus partners, local clergy, diocesan entities, and the broader Church. Key responsibilities include staff supervision and development, budget management, strategic planning, and ensuring that all ministry programs support the spiritual growth and well-being of students. The purpose of Catholic Campus Ministry in the Diocese is to help students grow in their adult faith and foster a religiously vibrant spiritual community among students. The Director serves as a primary liaison with the Diocese of Orlando, ensuring that as an office of the Diocese all relevant policies and protocols are followed.
