You’ll sit at the intersection of clinical quality, team performance, and daily execution. You’ll partner closely with BCBAs, BTs, and executive leadership to ensure the center runs smoothly, staff feel supported, and clients receive consistent, high-quality care.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification with at least 5 years of experience
  • 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong ability to manage people, priorities, and competing demands
  • Experience working with a range of client skill levels and behaviors
  • Clear communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • CPR/BLS certification and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Active, hands-on role requiring movement throughout the center
  • Participation in trainings and occasional operational support needs

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily center operations to ensure a safe, organized, and effective environment
  • Support and guide BCBAs, BTs, Fellows, and administrative staff
  • Maintain visibility into clinical programming through regular collaboration and presence
  • Address staff needs, problem-solve in real time, and reinforce a positive team culture
  • Ensure the center is well-maintained, stocked, and operating efficiently
  • Lead onboarding and training support for new clinical staff
  • Coordinate Social Skills Group (SSG) programming at the center
  • Partner with COO, CECO, and Directors to align on standards and initiatives
  • Collaborate across centers to drive consistency and operational excellence
