The Director of Community Health and Partnerships is responsible for leading and
implementing strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the
health care organization. The director will oversee the development and
evaluation of policies, programs, and practices that foster a culture of
respect, belonging, and social justice. The director will also collaborate with
internal and external stakeholders to address health disparities and improve
health outcomes for underserved and marginalized populations.
