About The Position

Red Ventures’ Home vertical is focused on helping consumers confidently navigate critical home decisions—from internet and utilities to home services and beyond. We combine data, design, technology, and performance marketing to create best-in-class digital experiences that simplify complex choices and drive measurable growth. We’re seeking a Creative Director and strategic experience leader to elevate creative execution for a key, multi-faceted client relationship and one of RV’s strategic connectivity platforms. Reporting into the Senior Director of Creative on RV Home, this role sits at the intersection of agentic evolution, experience excellence, and client partnership. You will lead high-quality creative delivery while helping shape the broader experience vision in partnership with cross-functional and executive stakeholders. You’ll bring strong strategic instincts, a sharp eye for craft, and a forward-leaning mindset toward AI—demonstrating the appetite and ability to implement agentic tools and workflows that improve creative output, team efficiency, and business impact. You’ll serve as a senior partner to internal leadership and client stakeholders, aligning user needs, commercial goals, and technical realities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in design, with leadership in creative direction and experience strategy
  • Proven ability to lead creative work within large client relationships or product ecosystems, driving successful creative execution across multiple focus areas
  • Proven creative leader with 3+ years of team leadership experience and a track record of mentoring and developing creative talent
  • Strong communication skills, experience building buy-in and partnering with senior stakeholders to shape strategy
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, polished creative expertise, and business impact
  • Expertise translating insights from user research into measurable creative outcomes
  • Fluency in Figma prototyping, design systems, and optimization for engineering and MCP ingestion
  • Experience leveraging AI in product design workflows and fluency in AI-native ways of working
  • Experience collaborating and building with cross-functional leaders to scale business growth

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative execution and help define the experience vision for a key client relationship and strategic connectivity platform
  • Serve as the senior creative point of contact for internal business leaders and client stakeholders, influencing decisions and building trust
  • Partner with product, strategy, and platform teams to shape experience direction grounded in user insight and business outcomes
  • Ensure high-quality, cohesive creative and drive experimentation and optimization across digital touchpoints
  • Balance user needs, business goals, brand standards, and platform constraints
  • Lead and mentor designers, maintaining a high bar for craft and collaboration
  • Oversee prioritization, resourcing, and delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement AI-enabled creative solutions, demonstrating the appetite and ability to apply emerging and agent-based tools
  • Drive implementation of AI workflows across the team, ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability
