Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing
  • Proven track record building pipeline programs in early-stage B2B SaaS environments
  • Strong growth marketing mindset: continuous testing, iteration, and optimization
  • Highly analytical, with deep focus on pipeline impact, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform
  • Strong cross-functional partner, especially with Sales and Product Marketing
  • Can work in the San Mateo, CA area and thrive in an in-person, high-collaboration office, hybrid with 3 days in office.

Responsibilities

  • Defining and executing full-funnel demand strategy aligned to revenue targets
  • Building integrated campaigns across channels that generate qualified opportunities
  • Partnering closely with Sales on target account strategy and engagement programs
  • Developing the measurement framework: attribution, funnel conversion, pipeline impact, ROI
  • Managing and optimizing HubSpot marketing automation and lifecycle processes
  • Improving lead routing, scoring, nurture flows, and campaign tracking to support scale
