About The Position
A growing healthcare services organization (300–500 employees) is seeking a Director of Human Resources to bring structure, clarity, and consistency to its HR function. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is comfortable operating close to the business — not removed from it. The right candidate will take ownership of day-to-day HR operations while serving as a steady and trusted partner to ownership. The goal is not to overhaul everything, but to ensure that HR is running effectively, issues are handled properly, and leadership has confidence in the function.
