About The Position

Responsible for the overall leadership, management and execution of all IT Solutions activities for North America Commercial Operations. Inclusive of Commercial Marketing, Market Surveillance, Sales Business Partnership, Implementation and Post Sales Technical Support as it relates to IT focused product functionality, solutions, solution architecture and cybersecurity. This role is highly collaborative with customers, internal and field based peer departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required,
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in an Information Technology management capacity and interfacing with internal/external customers required.
  • Strategic business planning, with the ability to execute tactically.
  • Highly accountable, strong leadership with superior knowledge of management methodologies.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while driving results in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
  • Strong level of Healthcare Cyber Security landscape.
  • Ability to cross-functionally work on projects that significantly impact the overall success of an organization.
  • Extremely strong communication skills with the ability to influence varying roles across the company.
  • High level of decision making.
  • Strong Business acumen.

  • Master’s Degree preferred. Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • Management has the discretion of substituting relevant work experience for a degree and/or making exceptions to the years of experience requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Develops strategic goals and objectives specific to Werfen’s IT Solutions offers that are in alignment with customer requirements and organizational growth.
  • Drives cross-functional collaboration across commercial functions to enhance customer retention and sales growth while executing strategic plans.
  • Develops, executes, and monitors initiatives to achieve Sales Targets, Project Based Implementation and Customer Retention.
  • Develops North American organizational strength in cyber security as a liasion between our customer facing organization to our product development organizations.
  • Develops, executes and monitors Key Performance and Leading Indicators with the associated activities to achieve business objectives and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for ensuring all unresolved and/or escalated customer situations are visible and communicated to key stakeholders. Includes ensuring appropriate action planning and resolution.
  • Develops and maintains applicable business and regulatory policies/procedures/work instructions; ensures organizational compliance with all Quality, Regulatory, Service & Support policies, procedures, work instructions and records, ensuring all records are compliant, complete and accurate.
  • Promotes and maintains customer first culture that focuses on accountability, professionalism and teamwork.
  • Leads quarterly accountability with internal marketing, product teams, and R&D by articulating market driven requirements for customer IT & cyber security requirements.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
