About The Position

The Director, Marketing Operations – Sports is responsible for developing and executing the digital marketing campaign operations processes and workflows for Caesars Digital’s Sportsbook. You will work closely with the Acquisition, Retention, and Lifecycle teams to execute marketing strategies, improve efficiencies, and streamline campaign operations. You will manage the Sportsbook operations team, while developing and growing team members. Your expertise in marketing operations will be used to take Caesars Digital marketing organization to the next level.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of senior executive level marketing experience; deep understanding of finance and drivers of performance
  • Strong MarTech and CRM fluency in campaign execution, workflows, reward codes, and digital marketing operations
  • Detail oriented professional with experience building marketing processes
  • Bachelor’s degree required, concentration in Marketing preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Cross-functional collaborative team player with strong program management skills.
  • Must be able to quickly assimilate data and communicate corporate information to key external and internal (employee) audiences.
  • Must have the ability to deal effectively with executive clients (internal and external).
  • Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the casino.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and carry up to 5 pounds.
  • Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at the assigned desk area.
  • Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment, including a 10-key adding machine, PC computers, fax machine, and photocopier.
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in iGaming, hospitality, or marketing agencies strongly preferred.
  • Professional appearance and ability to foster positive relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage end-to-end marketing operations and campaign workflows
  • Manage the Sportsbook marketing teams’ daily execution in Optimove
  • Continuously streamline and optimize marketing operations processes and improve efficiencies throughout the entire campaign development process.
  • Work closely with Sportsbook acquisition, retention, and lifecycle teams to support their strategy and campaign execution
  • Optimize internal workflows to allow the Sportsbook Marketing teams to effectively execute digital marketing campaigns through each channel such as Email, Push, SMS, and In-app messaging.
  • Develop relationships with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Data, and Brand to improve how the Sportsbook Marketing team executes their campaigns strategies.
