Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in consumer products.
  • Proven success in brand strategy, campaign execution, and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and product innovation.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for building brands that connect with consumers and deliver results

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth across multiple product categories.
  • Brand Stewardship: Oversee brand architecture, positioning, and messaging to ensure consistency and differentiation across all channels.
  • Consumer & Market Insights: Leverage research and analytics to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Campaign Development: Lead the creation and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Innovation & Product Launches: Drive successful product introductions with compelling go-to-market plans and cross-functional alignment.
  • Team Development: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget with a focus on ROI, efficiency, and strategic investment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal teams, retailers, influencers, and external agencies to amplify brand reach and impact.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, using data to continuously refine strategies and tactics.
  • Sales Enablement & Education: Equip the sales team with tools, messaging, and training to drive success in the field.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, sales, R&D, and operations to align marketing with enterprise goals and best practices.
