Position Summary: The Director of Operations for the Community Counseling Center on the Charlotte campus of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary includes overseeing the operations of the center, establishing and maintaining relationships with community referral sources, providing clinical supervision to student interns, and overseeing the center’s support staff. This position will be hired initially as Director of Operations with the expectation to transition to Administrative Faculty in Fall 2026. Administrative Faculty teach two courses per year and participate in regular faculty activities but are not required to maintain a research agenda.
