Tri Delta is seeking a Director of Operations, Work Transformation to serve as the project manager for Tri Delta’s transformation into a downsized office footprint. This hands-on role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a comprehensive change management and operational strategy that documents workflows, ensures business continuity, and supports employees and stakeholders through the transformation. The ideal candidate will combine their commitment to mission-driven organizations with their project management skills and expertise driving large-scale operational changes. The role is HYBRID with work in-person in our Dallas-based office on an as-needed basis (Dallas, TX 75254). Why work for Tri Delta?
