About The Position

Tri Delta is seeking a Director of Operations, Work Transformation to serve as the project manager for Tri Delta’s transformation into a downsized office footprint. This hands-on role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a comprehensive change management and operational strategy that documents workflows, ensures business continuity, and supports employees and stakeholders through the transformation. The ideal candidate will combine their commitment to mission-driven organizations with their project management skills and expertise driving large-scale operational changes. The role is HYBRID with work in-person in our Dallas-based office on an as-needed basis (Dallas, TX 75254). Why work for Tri Delta? Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.
  • Five or more years managing large-scale organizational, operational, or systems-change projects.
  • Expertise in project management.
  • Strong understanding of remote-work technologies.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in-person in our Dallas-based office on an as-needed basis.
  • Ability to travel to worksites on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

  • Project planning & Execution Develop and manage a complete project plan for the transformation to a smaller footprint, including scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and success metrics. Track progress against project milestones and prepare regular status updates for leadership. Conduct needs assessments to understand current workflows, operational gaps, and technology requirements. Evaluate outcomes and propose ongoing improvements. Coordinate cross-functionally to design and implement remote-first processes.
  • Change management Lead organizational change strategy for the transformation, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and expectations. Create communication plans, training materials, transition guides, and process documentation for staff and stakeholders. Coordinate rollouts of new processes and systems with minimal disruption to Tri Delta’s operational cadence. Solicit feedback and adjust plans based on staff and stakeholder input.
  • Technology & Infrastructure Partner with Technology Team to assess tech needs for remote-first operations. Oversee implementation of systems that support remote staff productivity, monitoring, collaboration, and data management.
  • Policy & Compliance Develop or revise policies to reflect a remote-first culture, including expectations for communication, availability, performance management, data protection, and employee safety. Partner with Technology Team and People & Culture Team to ensure compliance with labor laws and security requirements across all operating states.
  • Culture & Engagement Work with People & Culture Team to strengthen Tri Delta’s Staff Culture, employee engagement strategies, and equitable access to professional development opportunities. Support supervisors in developing effective remote-first management practices. Identify opportunities to strengthen onboarding, communication, and team dynamics in a remote-first environment.
