The Dominick is a luxury, Five Diamond, Four Star hotel in the Soho neighborhood of New York City. The Director of Operations is a key member of the Executive Committee and plays a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence across the hotel. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this leader oversees day-to-day operations across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other operational departments to ensure a seamless, high-touch luxury guest experience. The Director of Operations partners closely with department heads to align operational strategy with the hotel’s financial, service, and brand objectives. This role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire teams, optimize operational performance, and consistently deliver elevated service standards that reinforce guest loyalty and brand reputation.
