The Director of Patient Engagement is responsible for the operational oversight of the Patient Engagement function to include Representative assignments, monitoring, tracking and reporting Representative activities and productivity. Essential Job Functions Establishes the department objectives, policies and procedures and ensures consistent administration. Responsible for the staffing, training and performance management of the Patient Engagement staff. Directs outreach initiatives to ensure continuous development of the program including developing partnerships with outside organizations and service providers to expand available resources for members. Maintains department schedules to ensure proper coverage across assigned markets and time zones. Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal and external partners to manage and enhance the members’ experience. Provide daily weekly and monthly reports to include daily distribution of ADT hospital feeds to POCs, plan year submission reports. Reviews IPFone reports and analyzes activity Establish and manage workflows and call scripts Manage transportation account and coordinate billing with Accounting. Support the Patient’s Bill of Rights/Responsibilities. Protect the Patient’s right to dignity, privacy, and confidentiality. Attends meetings according to departmental guidelines. Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner in the community. Complies with all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices. Adheres to all company policy Other duties as requested.
