This role sits at the center of strategy, analytics, and sales, partnering with leadership to win new customers and maximize profitability. Requirements

  • 5+ years of logistics brokerage pricing, sales, or strategy experience
  • Strong background in RFP bidding and freight pricing models
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Expertise in freight pricing strategy and brokerage operations
  • Experience with spot market tools, TMS systems, and lead generation platforms
  • Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
  • Power BI experience strongly preferred
  • Leadership and team development skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead Corporate Pricing Strategy
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies that maximize profitability and growth
  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor pricing
  • Manage pricing models, forecasting, and bid strategy
  • Own the RFP Process
  • Lead the end-to-end RFP bidding process
  • Collaborate with sales and operations to create competitive proposals
  • Support negotiations and pricing approvals
  • Manage Spot Market Pricing Tools
  • Oversee automated spot market pricing platforms
  • Improve pricing accuracy and market responsiveness
  • Drive Business Growth
  • Support new customer acquisition strategies
  • Partner with leadership on sales incentive and bonus programs
  • Build strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Lead the Prospecting Team
  • Manage and develop the BPO prospecting team
  • Track performance metrics and ensure goal achievement
  • Reporting & Data Insights
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards
  • Provide leadership with real-time pricing and sales analytics
