Charlotte City Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Catering Sales to lead and grow the Club’s catering and private event business. This full-time, on-site leadership role requires a dynamic sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven ability to build relationships, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional event experiences. This role will focus heavily on developing new business opportunities, strengthening community relationships, and building a strong event sales pipeline while partnering closely with operations and culinary teams to ensure flawless event execution. This position will require an average of approximately 50 hours per week to develop sales opportunities, support event execution, and maintain strong client relationships.
