We are hiring for a Director of Product Marketing to lead go-to-market strategy across our Lending and Trust & Safety product areas. In this role, you’ll own how we bring complex, high-impact financial products and risk systems to market—translating them into clear, compelling value for our members while maintaining trust and transparency. You’ll partner closely with Product, Risk, Legal, and Growth to shape positioning, influence the roadmap, and drive adoption of products like MyPay, SpotMe, lending offerings, and critical safety and fraud prevention systems. This role requires strong strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership, balancing growth goals with regulatory, risk, and member trust considerations. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $199,000.00 and up to $275,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
