About The Position

We are looking for a gospel-centered, results-driven, and detail-oriented Director of Program Implementation to join the LifeWise team. This role is a full-time position focused on leading the systems, teams and processes that help LifeWise programs launch and operate with excellence across the country. An ideal candidate is one with leadership and operations experience. The position will operate remotely or out of our headquarters in Hilliard, Ohio while cultivating and giving oversight to a team focused on serving LifeWise programs across the country.

Requirements

A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
Bachelor's degree
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5+ years in a ministry or other leadership position
5+ years management experience
Successful experience in the functions of planning, organizing, staffing and leading
Proficient using Google Workspace suite of tools and programs

Nice To Haves

Experience working in an organization using Salesforce (preferred)
Experience working in an organization using EOS/Traction (preferred)

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to design and implement scalable systems that support the implementation of LifeWise programs nationwide
Lead and develop the program coach team
Provide oversight, support and management of projects, tasks and communication necessary to achieve team goals
Develop comprehensive processes, goals and key performance indicators for program coaches
Assist in attracting, retaining, and developing high-performing team members
Compile and analyze data in order to optimize process efficiency and effectiveness
Other responsibilities as assigned
