Build and lead a high-performing recruiting organization that delivers a consistent pipeline of highly qualified veterinarians, improves conversion and hiring efficiency, and ensures long-term doctor success and retention—while building a strong, values-aligned recruiting culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years senior recruiting leadership
  • Staffing company experience (required)
  • Proven ownership of monthly sourcing and hiring targets
  • Experience managing recruiter and sourcer teams
  • Experience building structured training, coaching, and playbooks

Nice To Haves

  • Veterinarian or clinical recruiting experience
  • Experience in healthcare staffing, marketplace, or PE-backed environments

Responsibilities

  • Own the full veterinarian recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Deliver predictable monthly veterinarian sourcing (QPs) and starts aligned to plan
  • Improve interview → offer → acceptance conversion and reduce time-to-fill
  • Ensure high-quality hires with strong first-year retention and reduced turnover
  • Build scalable recruiting systems, training tools, and coaching frameworks
  • Lead and develop a high-accountability, high-performance recruiting team
