As the Head of Retail, Specs, you’ll build and scale a global retail strategy that blends high-end physical spaces, community-driven experiences, and digital touchpoints. You’ll shape how people learn about, demo and experience Specs. This role requires a hybrid of tech, luxury retail and digital-commerce leadership - someone who can craft a world-class brand experience while building a data-driven retail ecosystem from the ground up.
