This position is located in our New Jersey office. You should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as this role requires on-site presence at least three days per week. Overview: As a Director of Revenue Programs and Discovery at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession. This role strengthens how we understand customers, shape our messaging, and execute revenue programs. You will turn customer conversations into clear insights, refine the way we communicate with the market, and create feedback loops that guide sales, marketing, and product. You will manage advisory panels and communities of practice to bring consistent field and customer input into our decisions. You will coordinate revenue programs across teams, simplify them for the field, and ensure they deliver measurable results. This role improves discovery quality, accelerates commercial decisions, and reinforces strong execution across the revenue organization.
