Cascade AIDS Project is excited to announce that we are hiring skilled and team-oriented Director of Strategic Communications. The Director of Strategic Communications leads the organization's strategic communications, brand positioning, and external engagement strategy. This role shapes how CAP is perceived by funders, partners, media, and the broader community by developing and executing a compelling organizational narrative, overseeing strategic communications across all channels, and guiding community engagement activities that strengthen visibility, trust, and impact. This is a Full-Time role working at our Davis St. location in the Old Town area of Portland OR. The schedule for this role is 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. CAP works on hybrid schedule; 3 days in office, and 2 days work from home. Some nights and weekends maybe required. The Director of Strategic Communications pay is $125,000.00 a year
