About The Position

A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Director of Strategic Marketing to lead high-impact B2B marketing initiatives within the healthcare supply chain industry. This role will be responsible for building and executing strategic marketing plans that drive membership growth, strengthen market positioning, and expand partnerships across non-acute healthcare facilities. This is a senior-level opportunity for a strategic marketing professional with strong B2B healthcare experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating marketing strategies from the ground up while engaging with executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare services sectors.
  • Proven experience marketing to healthcare facilities such as ambulatory surgery centers, long-term acute care facilities, or physician practices.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations and contracting environments .
  • Experience conducting market research, segmentation, and strategic marketing planning .
  • Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word ; familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot or Canva is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to engage executive audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced business environment .

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute omni-channel marketing strategies , campaigns, and promotional initiatives to support membership growth and engagement.
  • Conduct market assessments, segmentation analysis, and competitive research to identify growth opportunities within healthcare facility markets such as ASCs, LTACs, and physician offices.
  • Create impactful marketing plans, presentations, and collateral to support branding and business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex healthcare supply chain insights into clear and actionable marketing strategies.
  • Analyze industry trends and market data to identify opportunities and develop targeted outreach strategies for executive-level decision makers.
  • Lead and mentor a junior marketing team member , supporting professional development and project execution.
  • Represent marketing initiatives in presentations to senior leadership and key stakeholders .
