Rockefeller Capital Management is seeking a Director of Talent Management to support the firm’s enterprise‑wide approach to managing, developing, and advancing our people. This role is responsible for executing key components of the firm’s talent management strategy, including performance management, career frameworks and the design and delivery of learning initiatives aligned with the firm’s long-term growth objectives. The Director of Talent Management will partner closely with business leaders to translate firm priorities into disciplined, high‑impact talent processes across career stages. This role requires a strong balance of strategic insight and operational excellence, with a focus on delivering scalable, thoughtful solutions while upholding the rigor, discretion, and quality expected at Rockefeller Capital Management.
