About The Position

The Director, Product & Design leads the strategic direction and execution of product and design initiatives across the Provation healthcare SaaS portfolio. This role drives innovation, user-centered design, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, compliant, and impactful solutions

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred
8-12 years relevant experience, with 5-8 years in leadership roles
Demonstrated impact leveraging AI as a productivity and effectiveness multiplier
Proven success delivering SaaS solutions in healthcare or regulated industries
Expertise in agile methodologies and digital product lifecycle
Ability to travel 25-30% is required.
Knowledge of HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and healthcare compliance standards
Experience with AI/ML integration in product design
Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management frameworks

Product Strategy & Vision
Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals
Translate market insights into differentiated product offerings
Prioritize roadmap based on user needs, compliance, and scalability
Design Leadership
Champion design thinking and user-centered innovation
Guide design execution across product teams
Ensure consistency and accessibility in user experience
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with engineering, clinical, and marketing teams
Align product and design efforts with organizational strategy
Facilitate agile delivery and iterative development
Healthcare SaaS Expertise
Understand healthcare workflows and compliance standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR)
Design for interoperability and regulatory alignment
Integrate AI/ML capabilities into product design
Analytics & Market Insight
Leverage data to inform product decisions and measure impact
Conduct competitive analysis and user research
Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops
People Leadership
Coach, mentor, and manage performance to foster individual growth and accountability, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
