About The Position

The Director, Product & Design leads the strategic direction and execution of product and design initiatives across the Provation healthcare SaaS portfolio. This role drives innovation, user-centered design, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, compliant, and impactful solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 8-12 years relevant experience, with 5-8 years in leadership roles
  • Demonstrated impact leveraging AI as a productivity and effectiveness multiplier
  • Proven success delivering SaaS solutions in healthcare or regulated industries
  • Expertise in agile methodologies and digital product lifecycle
  • Ability to travel 25-30% is required.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and healthcare compliance standards
  • Experience with AI/ML integration in product design
  • Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management frameworks

  • Conduct competitive analysis and user research
