We are looking for someone with strong experience building and leading a DevSecOps organization to bring their skills to our Cloud Delivery Engineering team. Candidates need a strong technical background in delivering SaaS, IaaS, microservices, and server-based applications and databases. They should also have experience in collaborating with business stakeholders and product teams to set goals and milestones. Additionally, they should be skilled in building teams and leaders focused on outcomes and delivery across a broad portfolio of products and business needs. The Cloud Delivery Engineering team delivers a compute, storage, network, and security platform leveraged by our products enabling our customers to meet their business needs. We have teams delivering globally through traditional release processes and CI/CD pipelines with hundreds of changes a day across IaaS, PaaS, and containerize. As an industry leader we are always looking to leverage new technologies to transform how we deliver our solutions to customers to optimize costs and drive more customer value. This means working to advance our culture to enable managers, leaders, and engineers to understand and solve business problems with technology changes. These teams will work closely with their global counterparts to ensure services are delivered to customer 24/7 against all SLA What Cloud Delivery Engineering delivers · Platform services – Delivers and manages compute, storage, database, and network leveraged by teams to deliver products. We are driving to deliver this platform through internal services, APIs, and automation to increase product delivery and reduce time to address security challenges and leverage new technologies. Manages these environments in partnership with teams including security concerns, uptime, SLA/SLOs, etc. · Product SRE teams – Works closely with product engineering and product management teams to drive customer vale, customer experience, and manage costs. Partners with platform service teams to deliver services to customers quickly, efficiently, and with quality. · Security services and compliance – Manages the security of our environments and products working with our cyber security teams to identify issues and resolve. Leverages, creates, and maintains tools and processes to proactively address security concerns and maintain compliance to address business needs.
