As Director of Transportation, Customer Delivery, you will set the strategic direction and lead operational execution for Macy’s end to end home delivery network. You’ll own nationwide performance, modernize capabilities with advanced technology, and build strong partnerships across digital, tech, finance, fulfillment, stores, and third party carriers/3PLs. This is a highly visible role for an executive minded leader who can translate strategy into results—improving speed, cost, reliability, and customer experience at scale.
