We have seasonal openings for
dishwashers in our
bustling Lakeside Bistro with amazing views of the lake and Cascade mountains. This is a seasonal role with opportunities for year-round if desired.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of workstation, outlet equipment, tools, china, silver, glassware and general outlet facilities and public areas.
• May assist in receiving and storage of products.
• Provides proper service to FOH / Kitchen staff and guests.
• May assist in kitchen production.
• Works to provide the best possible guest culinary experience within the F&B facilities.
• Works to develop a positive public image of all resort F&B facilities.
• Other duties as required.
• Maintain clean and sanitary workstation and outlet facility through proper HAACP procedures.
• Production of high quality, healthy food and beverage products.
• Provides proper service to outlet staff and guests.
• Maintains a safe work environment and follows proper safety protocols.
• Promotes a positive professional culinary culture throughout the F&B outlet and Black Butte Ranch.
